craziest thing? no food AT ALL. stupid jud kaau.. permi lng ko matuug para dli nko ma.feel ang gutom.. crazy pajud kai bata pa gud ko niya na.conscious na ko na m.tambuk ko.. suss.. di jd worth it ang sakit sa tiyan..

That was way back when I was in 3rd yr college because I was addicted to an online game and I had to pour all of my money into buying game time and computer usage at an internet shop. lol So I didn't aim to be really thin that time. I just didn't notice that I already was after 6 or 7 months of eating just that. But of course when my friends pull me out of the computer shop to party or eat out, I do get to eat another variety of food. lol That was insane. I still couldn't believe I was able to do it. And looking back at it, makes me feel guilty for abusing my body that much.
nice nice... nka try na pod ko ug usa ka capsule pang diet ( i don't know if okay ra ba isulti ang name) grabe kaau cya ug effect kay hasta sa otot mo gawas ang oil. Kay mao daw to ang fat sa imong body mang gawas. as in disturbo jud kaau sa kinabuhi. kung naa kay lakaw nya mka otot ka naa jud oil mo gawas, samok kaau.. ni palit na gud ko ug 1 box ato that cost me 1k plus. 2 days lng ko ato mga 4 capsules ra ako na take ni undang ko oi kay luod mn ug effects labi na inig popo.. sos! mo salibo ang oil nga madischarge sa inidoro... hehehhehee
i exercise, sa fitness first ko... used to be 200 plus pounds...
ive also tried diet capsules, it worked sad for me. but with exercise jud ko if magtake ko.
mag steam bath and sauna sad ko after exercise para mag sweat more.
control sad with intake sa food, esp. rice, sweets, iced tea, etc. as much as possible, eliminate sweets sa diet. ok ra man mu eat sweets, but small portions lang.
most importantly jud, drink a whole lot of water!

craziest thing i did to lose weight was stuck a finger down my throat and let it all out. hehehe.
it was effective but i had the worst hyperacidity churvaness!
trying hard to do sit-ups...bang! pamaol after...
(right after when i wake up from bed,
with an empty stomach)
-stretching ten minutes
-run/jog 3miles for 20 - 25 min. tops
-decline push ups, reverse crunches, and pull ups for about an Hour.
(sa kwarto ra, o sa likod sa amo.a/ y uso gym)
(aq nuon sila e alternate, like mwfSun -3mile run; and TThSat - workout)
nya para sa pagkaon
breakfast- a cup of oatmeal (rolled oats)..
(lots of water)
lunch - yogurt; and any fruits na aq gusto.
(lots of water)
dinner- any type of food and a CUP of rice.. then cantaloupe for dessert.
(lots of water napud)
been doing this routine for 8 weeks now. ive lost 30lbs so far.. from 160 to 130.
usahay maka ugtas pud pero epektibo kaau.
na uso tong pills na P W sauna na maka.lose daw ug weight..
pero mao sad to pag.start ako first job then night shift pa jud..
so niniwang jud ko to the point na uga kaau ug nawong, mika & luspad.. haha..
bad thing about that pill, maka pulpitate.. ako amiga ato na hospital jud![]()
so wa nako mu.usab.. lol
