bay, go for pro service, let them OC ur pc... then ask that pro what he did, plus reinforce it (the information you gathered from that pro guy) by reading and researching.

ayaw expermintohi imo PC, it's ok reading but it's a lot different if a human makes you understand rather than a book or any written material.

Remember some electronic components naay limitations, although naa sa net na na overclock, dili tanan pareha, lain lain, my point is you should learn and consult first a detailed overview on how to overclock. You must have a good mobo, a memory module with heatsink, and a processor. Your processor must have a good fansink, not the stock fansink dala saimo processor. You can buy like Zalman,Coolermaster or Thermaltake CPU coolers just for added protection. Yaw jud pataka OC bai dili na ingon dretso2x lng. Although naa ka sa aircon na room, imo jud na i test every temp rise kun nag OC naka.

BTW bro, you can safely try overclocking it by adjusting only the cpu clock ratio, just leave the other settings especially voltage controls to avoid possible damage... Your Sempron 3000+ has a multiplier (CPU Clock Ratio) of x9 times CPU Host Frequency which is 200 yields 1800mhz as your stock speed @ 1.4 volts. First things first, try raising only the CPU Clock Ratio x9 to x10 and leave other settings to default, that will give 2000mhz (+200mhz overclocked from 1800mhz) with default voltage. Run Prime95 at least 4 hours for stability test...

If found no errors, raise CPU Clock Ratio to x11 (2200mhz) and run Prime95 4 hours again...

If errors found , hang-up or PC restarts in both 2000mhz (x10) & 2200mhz (x11) settings, you may start raising her CPU OverVoltage Control at first to .1. Just be careful in increasing voltages and temp must not exceed at least 58-60C in normal room temp (w/o aircon)...
