The information was obtained by private undercover investigators working for the people of Daanbantayan for the last 2 years, and the sources are known to provide credible information. The information was incredibly difficult to obtain and many pieces of information have been collated together to give the whole cohesive story.
Their sources ranged from insider informants, overheard conversations, inspection of plans & paperworks, overheard phone calls & surveillance & tracking of people in different areas and locations, involving a range of very low tech to very high tech investigation equipment & techniques.
As an official announcement is supposedly imminent from Malu Loot, it was considered necessary to publicly reveal this information now, to stimulate discussion & interest from local people and authorities.
The planned official announcement is designed to promote a seemingly good project that will have good benefits to the community. The proponents will claim it is an absolutely legitimate project, and vehemently deny that there is any involvement or backing from organised crime. As such the scheme is a gross misrepresentation, a scam & a fraud against both the investors and the people of Cebu.
This information has been discreetly supplied to Provincial Authorities in Cebu for further investigation. It is believed that Justice authorities in Manila are looking into the alleged involvement of local personalities in International crime.
The information is published here to pre-empt the proposed official announcement & inform the general public so that they have another point of view to consider, when determining the bona fides, benefits & legitimacy of the project. This information will also allow the people of Cebu to decide if they wish to be involved in a project that allegedly derives its profits from the proceeds of criminal activity, suffering & addiction of hundreds of thousands or even millions of people throughout SE Asia.
The connection to organised crime is allegedly covered up by the proponents of the scheme.
The release of this information is a public service to the people of Cebu.
