Software to know what Memory Chip is installed inside your laptop?

i dont know what type of memory( PCxxxx? DDRxxx? ) inside my laptop and i dont know how to disassemble it

is there a software that can identify what Memory Chip is installed inside your laptop?

i have run CPU-Z and it gives the information (on 'Memory' tab):
Type: DDR
Size: 512
Frequency: 133.2MHz
FSBRAM: 3:4
CAS# Latency: 2.0 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay: 3 clocks
RAS# Precharge: 3 clocks
Cycle Time (Tras): 6 clocks

so is it PC2700 DDR333? or something else?

also i would like to know how to know what's the most speed optimize compatible memory chip i could put into my laptop?

that looks like a PC2100/DDR266 (133Mhzx2=Dual Data Rate)
go research the website of your laptop manufacturer and look for upgrade options.. specifically look on max memory speed that it would support. any brand should usually be ok.
