I really love to help since Im too busy just jot down this basic and simple procedure. Although bisan ug medyo madugo ni but its the best thing to do if you are good hardware troubleshooter. Heres the first move. Remove 1 by 1 the pci slot card on your board but every time you remove each card Up your PC then shutdown if your PC still reboot then repeat the process until only the onboard Video/Audio is left. Worst comes to worst you need to Flsh your BIOS. Because it is possible that the virus resides on your BIOS. Lastly try borrowing Memory from any friend of yours and remove your memory and replace it with the one that comes from your friend.

Bitaw try update ang BIOS. Pwde sad nimo try lain nga RAM.

regarding RAM, hinoon nag add man kog additional PQI nga RAM sa ako INTEL nga mobo.. pero ok man to siya... after a while paman nua nag pabadlong nga di naman hinoon mo shutdown! atots... so anyways, unsaon man lagi pag update sa BIOS and how do i know what version it is now and what version to get?

Enable ACPI Function in BIOS Setup, then format HD and do a fresh install of Windows...

If this doesn't solve ur prob, update BIOS, then do as above...

naa pa diay koy usa nga namatikdan sa PC.. ngano mo on man siya diretso pag ON nako sa UPS maski wala pa nako gi POWER ON ang switch sa CPU basin na ungot ning power mao nang mo on jud sya balik inig shutdown

usa pod sa rason kanang maungot nga power switch.. pero usually within a few seconds nga naka on.. mo off ra pod dayun.. kung dili na mao ang case naa uban motherboard power resume setting ana. check sa bios setting kung ang power resume status nimo is always on.

follow pod ingon ruelnov about acpi.. kung naka off.. try i on.. if naka on.. try i off.. naa ko na try one time nga gi off nako ACPI.. mo result into bluescreen and restart.
