i fully support this move.. maluoy tas mga bata nga ma expose sa tanang dangers during the rainy season (typhoons, floods, etc) not too mention the inefficient school calendar due to so many school days wasted due to calamities

if sept/oct ang opening classes, dli na summer vacation, it's Typhon vacation na nuon... sunod2 sad xa sa gawas dah.. dli ra japun na mahitabo! ^_^

hmmmmm just another thought: since the problems that usually occur in june were mentioned why not focus on those to be solved fiirst? porblems are identified already why not try to solve those first? Like flood it can be prevented and stopped if only they will act on proper construction of drainage and the likes. It seems like they don't want to solve that and instead they come up with an idea to move it on september. I dnt think that would be the best solution. I also remember last year, Ondoy hit the Phils. sometime October. so kng magcge ug bagyo ana imove na sad sa february?unsa naman jud?

If they want they can change the class opening on September, but only in metro manila and mostly affected area during rainy season kay OK raman diri sa cebu...

what could be the impact if this will push thru?economy?i guess this has a little impact on economy coz students doesnt have the power to purchase they all depend on their parents for that.ATM pa cla. Ay Ta Ma

if this is approved and then in the next few years typhon would hit in our country on oct, nov. etc. more often then Sen Drilon will amend this one hehehehe.... change is everywhere hehehehe....
