    waaaaa..wala na diay koy chance mabawasan ug bilbil ani ky paki rice man ko..miskan pa pakaonon ko ug daghang sud-an or cake ug uban pa pizza ba diha mo sakit japun akong ulo mangeta ug rice..faets..

    pra nako bro ang formula kai low carbs, low fat and high protein, cardio exrcse ka early morning knang la pka naka eat....u can eat after six pro protein lng ug veggies....

    bitaw sad its all about discipline and determination... karon bitaw maskin 2 weeks pa nako ni gi-exercise ning before 5 diet kay ni-ingon ang akong mga pinsan nga mubisita nako nga nigamay2 daw ko...

    before 5 diet plus ako ra ga contruct and design sa aqng pond... human na busy pud ko nga naa ko gibuhi nga mga birds, fishes, manok, ug orchids... mao tagsa ra ko mugawas sa balay, mugawas ra ko ug buntag para mag tennis then hapon para mag basketball.... ehehehe mao cguro ni gamay2 ko....

    di man cguro nga strenuous activity jud imong buhaton pero basta imo lang jud icontrol... then ayaw pud pagdali nga mgpa gamay, haste makes waste... so take your time ayaw jump from one step to the other...

    kaon kag brown rice... diba dali ra ka mabusug... nindut pud kaau ang texture sa brown rice...very filling...

    effective jd ni cya for me, depende ra sad jd sa types of food na imo hilig. important sad jd mag exercise . try ninyo mag pilates

    sis suwayi ang bugas mais kaonon.. bug-at na kaau sa tiyan then mas low ug glucose kesa sa humay nga rice... mao na ako kaonon basta mag plano kog heavy lifting..

    mu-agree ko aning bugas mais kay dali ra ka mabusog then dugay2 pud ka gutomon...

    i've tried after 6 meal n its quite effective ..kaon ra ko rice once a day n if gutomon man gani after 6 i just eat fruits..i also go to gym but not everyday so at least mawagtang jud ang bil2..hinay2 lang coz it takes time ...

    unsa man jud diay name ani nga diet? before/after 5/6? nalibog na ko sa name but the concept is still the same though...
