what Binay camp kept on saying is that Binay won in 14 out 17 Regions while won only 3.
but they didnt mention by what margin of votes if indeed Binay won.
Roxas won by huge margin here in Region 6, 7 & 8 so it is possible that it erased Binay's lead in those 14 regions.
