    have confidence in yourself...
    don't let yourself down
and don't accept negative comments that you hear from people...
they will always have something to say, so just choose w/c to listen to..

sa imo jud na nga personality or character...you were brought up like that. it's a good start to read self-help books, get advices from someone, or learn experiences from other's but no one can help you except yourself ra jud by doing things to change and keep doing it. all i can advice is that you'll have to learn to RELAX, don't GET ATTACHED to anything, and learn to ACCEPT if things will not favor your side.

slowly practice to change from being possessive to being relaxed (murag no worries on anything bah).

It's a different thing when you're asking about handling your jealousy.

    possessive, no.

    insecure, yes.

kaw lang ang makakagamot sa sarili mo.

kung insecure ka, find out whats causing it and talk to your partner
para ma reassure ka sa inyohang relationship...

sa pag ka possessive, murag ikaw ra maka tambal ana...
imu i think na your partner is not something that you own
he/she has the right to choose and do what they like...

    Aguy!

The power to change is within yourself. . .
Will yourself to change for the better and it shall be done.

Please do remember that your GF has a life of her own and her life doesn't necessarily revolved around you alone.

    have a great day!
