    agree kay ko nimo!!! I mean No system will work.. if the people in that system it self does not work hard for it to work.. ehehh btw What good is a sword if not for its wielder dba..

    @all
    Btw Democracy is a double edge sword.. deadly, sharp yet it is also dangerous. btw people are addicted for everything in excess today... they always crave what is too much...but in the end its our endless wants that would be the cause of our downfall..sakto gyd to ako na basahan.. na " a man who does not know his limitation is a very dangerous man".. eheh :mrgreen: but Im not saying na man should strive for something less.. Wat I mean lang, is that he should be wary of were he is standing.. eheheh We cant really blame it to Democracy :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

    Peace..!!!

    Well its been several decades and we've undergone so many changes and yet still for the worst.
    Well he was a good man with high hopes for the Filipinos. However, the Filipinos have let themselves down.
    He was simply naive.

    I think we are trying to follow a democracy that is not suited for our country. We have to take into account our 333 years under colonial rule and the culture than was borne out of it.

    The reason I say this is that democracy presents us with the chicken and the egg problem. We keep blaming the government for everything thats wrong with our country. At the same time, through democracy we are the very cause of that government. So who is to blame here?

    I just want to make the analogy that the government is like a mirror. If you see the words inscribed sa capitol building "The Government Emanates from the People" Whatever we see right now in our government is a reflection of what we are or how our society is.

    all i can say: We have 2 system with different interest

    "1. The democratic form of government lead by elected president and 2. The CATHOLIC church lead by CARDINALS"

    democracy is freedom, and is really good.
    but one thing in filipino culture is we love or even crave for GOOD and take advantage of our freedom,
    and the problem starts when we take too much of that GOOD than what we really need,
