kung gaming PC, mao ni ako suggestion to consider in terms of priority:

1. LCD monitor -- buy the biggest size you can afford. ideally 1920x1080, 23-24"
2. GPU -- buy one that can drive your LCD monitor to get average of 60 FPS sa games nga gusto nimo
3. CPU -- get at least a dual core procie, above 2.5GHz
4. RAMs -- 2x2GB, at least

The rest, ibalanse na sa imo budget.

PCx....didto ko nipalit sa ila....and maayo ilang service......quadcore atleast 31k...depende ra na sa imong gusto kay mu reccomend man sad sila if mag agad ra ka sa imong budget...tabangan ka ug pili sa mga sales rep nila didto na ma abot imong budget...and ofcourse, dont forget to tell them kung unsa usage nimo ana na PC....para naa silay idea unsay ihatag nila nimo....

I'll primarily use the computer for writing, which doesn't need any fancy sh** in there. Just MS Word.

AFAIK, beta-version pa ang Windows 7. Di' ba kaha' ta malumos sa bugs ana'?
Hehe, I haven't experienced Windows 7 pud.. I'll be able to use it but not as much as I could play 'round with XPs.
