Bitaw bro, I just received this info this morning, I twas circulated here in our office. Like my Westerner boss responded to this advisory , he said that it needs to be verified daw muna.

Whether it's a hoax or not, but at least it we informed the general public.

Like what happened here in my current location (I'm in one of the state in the Gulf region) there was this group of male Arabs targeting female expat drivers, they tend to post in some isolated parking areas inside the malls here and when they noticed a lady expat driver travelling alone. They will stick some kind of ad paper in the rear glass of the car. The tendency is the lady driver will of course before turning on the engine or get into the steering she has had to remove that piece of paper stick on teh glass of her car.
Unknowingly once she lift the paper , the paper wa sprayed with some chemical that will lead to whoever touches it unconscious or she'll start feeling dizzy until she'll completely loss consciousness.
One of my kabayan's American boss was one of the victims.
The good thing is that she was able to press the alarm of her car , it caught the attention of the security guards & they went on the area to check what is going on.
They found the American lady lying in the doorstep of her car holding the paper.
It was published in the daily local newspaper here and until the culprits falls in the hands of the authorities.

anyways, if ever moadto sa city or open areas, magbantay lang jud anang mga free sample nga perfumes... adto lang jud sa mga boutique sa malls kung mopalit ug perfumes... kung magpa-tala2x pud ug simhot2x sa mga perfume sample outside sa malls like aning daplin2x sa dalan, aw yatap jud oyaak,hehehe!
so therefore, be alert lang jud to be safe...
kita man gud mga pinoy hilig ug mga daplin2x pamalit, so if gusto jud mopalit ug pasalubong para sa mga minahal sa pinas, dapat adto lang jud sa mga certified perfume stores/outlet or sa duty free ba hinuon..

From Qatar here, its only rumors, pero wala sad mawala nimu if mutuo ka.. If mag laag2x ka sa Souq, especially dapit sa Sofitel then avoid ug simhot2x ug perfume, wala sad au ila mga perfume didto, murag binuhat ra sa mga Itik, hehehe.. If you like to buy perfume, adto palit sa Souq Waqif dapit, kay barato na and safe pa jud ka. If nahan ka maniguro adto City Center, then didto sa pinaka taas na floor, cge sale ug perfume didto, buy one take one pa.

Actually this email been circulating here in Qatar, this warning was posted by one of our members in our forum last month, pero gi clarify dayun sa usa pud namo ka member na working in the Qatari Government na it was just rumors. Sa ako pud opinion, mura nag hikog raka diri if you will do this, kay for sure dakpan dayun ang mag buhat ani. And so far wala pay case na balita na naay namatay diri kay nag simhot ug perfume.
