Lousy sad jud ila customer service...when i called them and asked for the iphone settings nisulti ta cla nga naay problems ko ma-encounter nga ing-ani. i mean i was surfing thru wifi coz i know that it is free. if they have told me nga MAYBE i will be charged, dili nko magtugatuga unta. Ok raman mubayad ug 3k bah kung ako mismu nigamit sa service pero that wasn't the case.

hala... i have the same dilemma, just got my company blackberry globe phone bill i am being charge of gprs for 3.5k from jan. 1 to 26 imagine kadako sa akoa bill... considering if mag surf ko to check lang kad**** some sites pero di man guro maabot ug 3.5k nya dili taga adlaw mag surf.... unsaon nalnag ni...

akong iphone 3G before nakuhaan sad ko 1k load sa smart.. nitawag ko nila then mobile internet sad daw.. so gi check nako akong iphone settings and blank jud ang sa APN/VPN and then off akong 3G. so ni install ko ug firewall gikan cydia nga maka display unsay nagconnect sa internet. mao to nahibaw-an nako naa koi apps nga basta e-open nako mu connect automatically. so ako gitang2x ang apps and so far na ok na pero ako gihapon gi trade in akong iphone

possible diay na nga ni-try ka connect manually but u cant...nya dayon naay hidden apps nga makaconnect? ka-weird ana oi. Smart should make an advisory ana kay daghan subscriber nila nga makurat.

no they can't, because Iphone is under Globe, which means those who are using it with Smart have unlocked it (warranty void) and if Smart should care about Iphone users under their network, it would be a big mess between them and Globe.

pag postpaid ka bantayi lang imong mga running apps kay naay uban mo charge na sya just like Facebook, Twitter kung dili nimo ni ma logout ga running ra ni siya bisan pa imo gi close ang appication so mao ng dako imo data charges kana pud mga notifications mo charge pud na siya.

Try to check the Location services, email settings, and network might aw well as turn it off rather that eye popping bill later. One thing is that its good to know you device before playing with it

iphone on smart sim has APN named " internet" just omit the " t" on the APN name on your iphone "interne" to disable your edge, gprs, 3g and 4g of your iphone. return the "t" when you want to use the services. simple diba

inana man sad ang sa globe miss. bt sa globe gud. if first time pa nimo na na case, ila i-waive ang data charges, then they teach u wat to do nxt time para d nka machargan balik.... at least fair dba. d d i mu-waive ang smart ana?

ang gi-explain sa globe if u use wifi man gud then nifluctuate ang signal, automatic muconnect imong iphone sa 3g so mgsugod na og charge.

bisan pa wa gpalit sa ilaha ang iphone, dapat kahibaw cla mu-deal wd sa customer oi. tsk tsk tsk
