hello, i badly need your help..
my mother is having back pain at the upper left side..
nag pa xray na me ang findings normal ra iyang heart og lungs wlay problema...
gi check up pod iya uric acid ky basin naa kno cyay arthritis pero ok rman kno,
naglibog ko nganong magsakit jpon iyang luyo...
wla cyay hilanat ok rpod iyang breathing...
sakit lang jod iyang luyo, unya kung pisil psilon sa luyo mawala ang sakit pero mobalik jpon after a while...
dili pod cya basta mkalihok lihok kay mobikil lang og kalit...

if you happen to know someone experiencing the same problem pls response...
what are their remedies for this kind of problem?

Hi Guys,

Thank you for this thread, I happen to have the same situation (Back Pain). I have this weird Lump on my back that when you put weight on your touch it can give sound. It's like there's air inside.I'm so frustrated on this, since this is an on going issue for 2 years now. I got relief when I drink Medicine for pain reliever.Everybody knows that's not good.Relying on medicines
.I tried massage and it feels good but it's still there.

I am just wondering what is it and how to stop it.The pain is on my upper left up to my left neck side.
Some people said it's how I position my sit or the way I sleep.Some say, I'm just stressed on my work.

I don't know anymore...

This has been a burden for me..I hope you guys can help me..

Up for this thread. Me too have upper back pain between my shoulder blades for 1 month now.i hav been suffering severe cough for a month. I have seen 8-9 Drs.. nag pa chest xray nasad q .. all of it is normal ra.. bones structure umremarkable.. pain is usually dull persistent.. dn mu aggrevate cya f aq i turn aq head sa left mu sakit ang muscles sa back.. paeta ani oi.. help pls..

wala diai gi recommend ang 8-9 doctors further advise on howto deal with your back pain plus cough?weird sad nila oi.

id suggest yoga, but best to ask a doctor still before starting any thing.

as with back pain. I think a chiropractor will be able to diagnose it. Dili lang ko sure ha. But, daghan na jud na alibyuhan anang chiropracty. Nia man guro sa SM Seaside and Ayala.
