The best thing you can do is to ask them to remove it from their site.
If they don't do it it's time to consult a lawyer and send them a letter.

I recommend to take a screen shot of their site so you have a record.

for those who still want to post their works online especially in flickr, multiply, etc. make sure dli orig file ang i-post. some photogs post copies of pictures na save for web wherein the resolution is not as crisp as the orig photo. just my two cents.. =)

daghan na kaayo cases about stealing someone's photos/artwork, and we all know posting it on the web is vulnerable to those cases. if you think its worth the hassle, time and money then by all means go ahead sir

ako tig post ko ug photo sa web kay nahan man ko makahibalo sa comment sa uban about sa akong photos for learning purposes. wla sad nko nag earn aning photography so tanan works nku sa web jud na padulong. my photography is all about my expression,... aware ko aning kawat2 but does that mean nga hunongon nako akong pag post sa akong photos sa web kay makawat raman diay?

i think ang pasabot ni Mark bai Harvs kay kung makawatan ka ug photo sa web dili necessary mo hunong nka ug post but to be vigilant, take actions and if possible track all those *ssH*les para motagam.

dili man cguro ang paghunong ug post ug pictures sa internet ang solution aning kawat2.

saon nalang atong photography section dri sa istorya kung mohunong tag post sa atong pictures ma minghoy cguro heheh.
