i vote for sigs to be enabled in istorya.

I don't think it will ever be re-enabled sa istorya since dali ra kaayo magbutang og link to "other sites" behind sig images... Mao nang it was decided to that sigs will be disabled sa istorya.

and its better without the sigs. looks cleaner that way.
anyway, here's an RF online userbar made with adobe potosyap hands. quite simple to do really. even a newbie in the potosyap world could do it. hehe
