depende rana sa inyo lugar..... naay lugar wai ayo PLDT naa pud wai ayo LUGAR sa GLOBE..... well here sa Wireless Mandaue... Kusog kaau globe.... pero I heard sa Cebu City... Guba guba.... Maybe its because daghan magic diha sa mga posti.... hehe
well for customer service.... 5 hours after the call sa Customer Service... Naa dayon ni anhi sa amo to fix the connection thats a Holiday too...
Globe here is working Perfectly fine....

usa ko sa mga nauna nga migamit sa globe broadband .. ug tungod kay di maayo ila service, wa na ko mobayad .. pero nagkadako ang bill, mao nga last year, ako gibayaran tanan ug gipaputol nako ang serbisyo .. kay nag DSL na lang ko which is very reliable ... surprise of all surprises: last week miabot ang globe broadband bill for one year use! I still have to go to their office and will demand an explanation from them. mao nga ug maghunahuna mu ipaputol ang serbisyo, try to verify kung giputol ba o wala!

imagine wa mi internet connection for a DAY and a HALF!! and dili mi kaTawag sa customer
service kai walai landline connection!! it really sucks!!

based sa akong experience maayo lang na sila sa sugod pero after mo hinay jud... 1 mbps nagud akong gi apply na plan den hinay kaayo... yes barato ra lagi ila pero hinay sad karon naa nako sa pldt my dsl ok kaayo...
