I beg to disagree! Kay ang chances nimo nga mo succeed pwerting hanapa jud kung pobre ka. see naninguha sila pero ni saway sab sila sa gobyerno... dili man sa ingon nga magsalig pero mo buhat sab onta ang gobyerno sa ilang part. Pananglitan naa pamilya naningkamot, ang mga anak ni eskwela (sub-standard ang eskwelahan), ang mga inahan nanrabaho but unfortunately nangasakit, adto sa public hospital... kuwang ang gamit. Just try to imagine sab kung ang government would give what is due to the people.

Honestly, anyone can blame the government, it's everybody's right. But to accuse, that's another story.

Don't blame the gov't... blame the poor people. Majority of the tax WE are paying goes to those lazy people yet they complain and still want more o_O

Wow, blunt statement. I betcha if they have choice to be "rich" or "be in the middle class, absolutely they will be happy. Millions of our kababayan just to let you know live less than their average minimum wage, everyday, because you know why? they have no choice but to bite it.
Really, is it neought to blame poor people with their own predicament? Is it because they are lazy or made a poor decisions, what about the government?
Of course poor people will mostly complain but can we blame them? Of course not! Maybe you forgot to think that poor people have less access to health, education, and other valuable services. That'swhy poor becomes poorer and those people, who barely have savings b4 they're in politics, now that they have their own big house and some cash on the banks... Can you blame poor people?
You will be surprised if I will tell you, there's a LOT OF CORRUPTION in our government than poor people who TRIED TO EARN AVERAGE MINIMUM WAGE!

i think it's our fault, we tend to fear those who are in the government. I think it should be the other way around. We should have a mindset that the government is in service to us, not that we are in service to our government. We chose them to lead us, to serve us, to protect us. Obviously we did not chose them to terrorize us or suck us dry. However, what we see around us is ordinary people fearing those who are in power and people who are in power can see this, and most of the time, they will take advantage of this. They will use that fear for their own benefits. As long we fear their power, they will use us and bled us until there's nothing left but a dying country. Power is their weapon. Power corrupts and absolute power will corrupt absolutely.
