Which brand of monitor would be Better ..?

para nako, dili makuha sa brand if mupili ko, ky daghan man lain-lain models per brand. my basis would be on individual model specs as well as personal preference. but if pasultihon ko unsa nga brand ako pili-on as a personal choice, it would be samsung.


tips based on lcd monitor specs:
1. choose one with fast response time (the lower the "ms" the better) para walay blurring on fast moving images in games and movies.
2. higher contrast ratios for deeper blacks.
3. good viewing angles para bisan wala ka sa center, claro gyapon ang image.
4. choose the one nga mubagay nimo unya muhatag sa unsa imo gi expect or gi require sa monitor. so it would be nice if you would have a hands-on try with several monitors, dayun mu decide ka unsa imo ganahan.

lcd monitors i have experienced using:
*samsung 740n - good basic monitor, no bad comments from me
*samsung 743nx - almost the same as 740n
*samsung 940bw - this was my former gaming monitor.
the good
1. good viewing angle.
2. acceptable gaming performance with very minimal ghosting
the bad:
1. low contrast ratio at 500:1,
2. it had some backlight bleeding which cause the blacks on the game to appear whitish

1. best looking, sexiest, biggest monitor i have ever had
2. very good gaming performance
3. good viewing angles and high contrast ratio
the bad
1. very wobbly stand

2. good viewing angles
3. good enough on almost everything

1. too much ghosting, it gave me headaches when playing nba 2k9, (returned and replaced with samsung t220)

I beg to differ sa AOC, it may not be the best but their new monitors for me are the most affordable and bang for the buck.

AGREE!!! i have the AOC 2230FM(22in) right now...2ms response time & i just love the Digital Media Player features...i can just plug my usb flashdisk(nga naay mga avi/mp3 files) to play them...digital cam ma view nako mga pics via the DMP & with my external TV tuner...pirting klaroha ni Luningning...all these without turning on my pc...for 11k i couldn't ask for anything more...

sa TTI kanang 4th flr sa SM btaw...tag 2.1k...Kworld ang brand...1680x1050 max res nya...yes naka cable ko(Destiny)...hehehehehe
