RCBC is a very stable bank bro. Pacific Plans is just a sister company of the bank and is under their pre-need, insurance and investments division.
RCBC is a commercial bank and is considered #4 among the commercial banks. Meaning, 4th biggest bank sya in the phils.
Pacific Plans (PPI) is a pre-need firm and is not related with the banking system of RCBC. Pre-need industry fell last 1987 when the government deregulated the tution fees of the private schools in the country. Di ra man ang pacific plans ang na down, almost tanan man sa pre-need firms like CAP. However, pacific plans is still present in the market right now unlike CAP, so meaning Pacific Plans is still earning (that is why it is bought by Zest-O corp). Sa issues why wala pa kabayad ang pacific plans sa plan holders is because of the TRO of PET Coalition sa Pacific Plans because return of premiums ra ang kaya pay sa PPI. Pero may nalang na kaysa sa CAP dba?
