how ancient is this ancient wisdom sir? is this as old as earth or it started at a certain RACE? referng to earth scheme of evolution

I have found out that to realize the GOD within us, it is necessary to do the 3 things: 1.Study and Reflection (Ancient Wisdom), 2. Meditation or Mindfulness and the last is 3. Service to Humanity!
