Yes, affected sa crisis and callcenter...soon they will be laying off a lot.
they are filtering. They layoff a lot and hire new ones but lesser pay and
    lesser workforce.

Definitely affected ang call centers. Lesser traveling alone already affect the call centers.

in a way affected man gyud ang call center however it really depends on the clientele nila. They would spend more hinuon sa BPO due to cost. BPO industry wont comeback sa states na oi. they will maintain on what they have, if they wont choose the philippines then they can always outsource to other asian coutries, btw, vietnam is trying to prepare for the BPO industry already... mas cheaper ang ilang cost...

Murag wala pa kaayo as of now, maabot ra gyud gihapon cguro ang time.

From a 1000+ employees they went down to less than five hundred, I don't know how true.

call centre agents are only temporary and the world is being affected by retrogression so it means that temporary workers like call centre agents are affected. What regressed in US will really affect them cause US get services mostly to Filipino people...

affected... for sure mu gamay ang call volume so what's the use of paying a lot of employees if mahandle ra sa lesser number of employees, makasave jud sila...
