I think this does happen. I do notice some couples who tell each other "na kwanggol na man tingali ka" or as in the case of my aunt who reprimanded her husband "hoi Romeo ayaw kuno pagpabadlong" after he complained that the waiter took his bowl of soup to make way for the main dish when he wasn't even finished yet - things I say only to my brother. Lol! Anyway, I'm sure some of them are still together. But when I'm old and married, I would want to still have that kilig factor hehehe.
Staying on topic, phrases like the subject title of this thread don't make sense. The only alternative to long relationships are short relationships, which also don't last.![]()

depende siguro ui.. pero they say na 5 years is make or break.. its either you marry or buwag namo.. of course if ur in the right age..
i never tried long relationship... saon ta man mga yabag man akong mga partner sauna... ehehehehe... pero it depends ra na sa imong partner![]()
btaw sa depende jud if ang relationship wala nay thrill..possible mag break jud within this span opf time.
