depends... if your account in your call center is a competitor of elavon, then you are not qualified to apply part time and work from home.
but lets say your account is a tech support for a certain computer company, then you can apply.
For the record for everyone. should you wish to work from home part-time... you really have to be screened for one month if you can really sell. for the screening, its 6 sales in 1 month. if you can get 6 sales in 1 week then good for you.
please send resume and please inform others. we are giving referral incentives as well.
what do i need for a home set up aside from a dsl connection?
headset. we will be the one to set u up with a VOIP.
But to qualify for the home based position, you have to work in the office until you hit 6 sales. That is how our clients in Canada would want to do it. they want to make sure that all their workers can really sell. hence the 6 sales in 1 month. this goes for all employees (part-time, full time, homebased) no exception.
Shifting ni?
so whos your lead provider?
im working with a merchant service company, same nature of business. what else do you upsell?
interesado ko sa inyung center.. where is this located?
yeah where is your office
for now, there is no office in cebu just yet. here is the deal here.
they require me to have at least 50 qualified applicants. all the resumes i get here, i forward it to our client in canada right away. they will be the one to do the paper screening. of the 50 qualified applicants, i will be the one to do the screening, interview and all. there will be 30 that will be hired. once the 30 agents are filled, the client would send in money to rent a place for these 30 agents to work.
the 30 agents will further be screened if they can really sell. they need to close 6 deals in 1 month before they get the base+com+bonus compensation status. then the client will monitor the progress of these 30 agents for another 6 months. if the 30 agents meet or even exceed our clients expectations and all goes well, only then will they invest in infrastructure here in cebu.
this will be a make or break and solely depends on the 30 agents skills and capabilities.
now in case after 6 months the 30 agents did not meet the clients expectations... the top sellers will be absorbed and will have the same status as me. i work from home and i have base+com+bonus+benefits exactly the same as the USA and Canada counter parts.
If you can help me out here, I can definitely help you out too.
to those who have experience in this line of business, can you share your compensation structure? i have earned more than this from my previous job as a sales agent, but then again i have to sell like more than $35,000 monthly before i qualify for the commission. in my entire 1 and a half years in that company, i only had a commission for like 3 or 4 months.
as for this one with elavon... even though you can not hit your quota, you still enjoy the commission of every sale you make.
