try chkdsk..

1. Open the Start Menu.
2. In the white line (Start Search) area, type cmd
3. Right click on cmd (at Top), and click Run as administrator.
4. Click Continue button for UAC if prompted.
5. In the command prompt, type chkdsk d: (or the drive letter for your 500Gb) /f /r then press enter.

nag download nako ron ug SP1

@corrupt issue.. ako ciang e chkdsk dli man cia maka finish.. windows cant finish chkdsk. hehehe mau man guro na cia iyang e ingon...

Hoping Sp1 could fix this.. post kulang ano mangyayari sa sp1.

considered ur hdd half dead..

right..do the manage ur pc thing...

but back-up ur files in the hdd first.

Did u manage your hdd? Try this ... goto my computer right click, click manage. Under Computer Management (Local), Goto Storage then click Disk Management ( displays all the drives that you installed)
I hope this will help.
