eel_seej is right. green tea can really help in losing wieght. i've been a green tea drinker for 2 yrs now. green tea has a lot of variants. any variant of green tea has the same effect with the rest of it. basta green tea. you should drink at least 3 cups a day. better yet, make it a habbit in drinking green tea after every meal instead of just water.
i dont eat breakfast kay dugay ko tig mata. so i jump on to lunch. since i'm a vegetarian, it's obvious what food i eat. it's all veggies and a cup or two of brown rice (not plain white rice) or if walay brown rice, i substitute it with wheat bread. between meals when i feel hungry or kanang snack time, i only munch on fruits. then during dinner, i have on my meal wheat bread, veggies again and a fish menu basta dili lang oil-cooked or fried, fruits, and 2 cups of green tea. mao na ako diet program. then ako exercise is biking.
