    eel_seej is right. green tea can really help in losing wieght. i've been a green tea drinker for 2 yrs now. green tea has a lot of variants. any variant of green tea has the same effect with the rest of it. basta green tea. you should drink at least 3 cups a day. better yet, make it a habbit in drinking green tea after every meal instead of just water.

    i dont eat breakfast kay dugay ko tig mata. so i jump on to lunch. since i'm a vegetarian, it's obvious what food i eat. it's all veggies and a cup or two of brown rice (not plain white rice) or if walay brown rice, i substitute it with wheat bread. between meals when i feel hungry or kanang snack time, i only munch on fruits. then during dinner, i have on my meal wheat bread, veggies again and a fish menu basta dili lang oil-cooked or fried, fruits, and 2 cups of green tea. mao na ako diet program. then ako exercise is biking.

    when one says diet it dosent' mean you skip meal, what skipping meal does makes your body goes in to a survival sate that slows down your metabolism and the body starts to store fats as reserve energy.. and what's worst is that it takes energy from your lean muscles... i forgot the term pero naa na.. the body is somewhat dumb, can't tell weather nag diet ka or gigutom so mo kaon gud ka..

    my moms nutritionist says its not healthy to skip breakfast or skip any meal. it is ok to eat heavy breakfast since u have a long day ahead of you.

    you are right! but in my case, i tend to skip breakfast kay wake up time nako is between 10am to 11am. but u know what, i do the number 2 thing twice a day. wanna know why? simple! it's because i do the exercising and of course, i have my own diet program. and amazing kaayo kay before, i had waistline of almost 34. that was 6mos ago. now, it's down to 29. effective ako program. apil naman gud sa ako diet program ang south beach, non-saturated diet, etc. depende ra gyud na sa imoha oi. mao na ang bottomline.

    daghan man klase nga diet program karon. and all of it are effective. pero for me, i dont have a particular diet program. i dunno unsay tawag ani sako diet program. i try to avoid eating foods with high carb, high cholesterol and especially high in saturated fats. kay ang carb ma convert pa mana sa other form of energy source, same thing with cholesterol, naa pod siya ma convert into other useful nutrient(pero most of it, are bad cholesterol). pero ang saturated fats? susme, wala jud gamit sa lawas. poly and mono ra gyud dapat nga klase sa fats ang naa sa ato body.

    half rice lng ko bf ug lunch den ika dinner graham crackers rako kanang
    honey nga flavor ky gamay ra au iya calories...
