    thanks guys

for now, i'm taking MetRX creatine right after waking up. naa sa iyang labels na 35grams Carbs. after that, walk straight to gym dayun.

@P-Chan: dili hassle ang paggamit ug body fat caliper? where did u buy it? how much? For me, i regularly go to Mercury Drug Ayala or Fuente to have my body fat measured. Naa silay hulog2x ug P5 didto to measure your weight, body fat, blood pressure, etc...

im following Vince Gironda's "A muscle has 4 sides" program

that's 4 exercises for each muscle group, with 1 set each exercise and 12 reps each set. it sounds pretty easy but the catch there is to go through all those exercises without delay (no rests between sets). and you should workout twice a day, with minimum of 4hrs gap between workout sessions

    day1: chest, back, shoulders
    day2: triceps, biceps, forearms
    day3: quads, calves
    day4: same as day1
    day5: same as day2
    day6: same as day3

that will only take me 30-45mins to perform my entire workout session. anha na ko mubanat ug kaon after sa akong workout. drink my whey protein then 1 full breakfast meal (chicken, rice, eggs). so far so good. i feel like a beginner. i've already worked out for 8months but this is my 1st month using this program. nagmahay gyud ko wa ni nako gamita na program before, nasayang lang ang 7months.
