    Default Weight lifting before breakfast


    perhaps most of us already heard about the benefits of doing cardio in the morning on empty stomach. but how about weight lifting on empty stomach? could this be catabolic? if so, how can we prevent this if we really need to workout first thing in the morning?

    to all the bodybuilding enthusiasts, i need your insights

    I've heard about this and recently got my answer.. my answer is no! never on an empty stomach catabolic gud ang effect.. naka try gud ko.. from 18.6% to 19.4% tagam na ko always mo eat gud ko post workout..

    fyi here are some of the stuff i've tried(arranged from what i think is the best to worst)
    whey
    3 egg white raw and coffee(no sugar or anything just plain water and coffee straight)
    2 pcs banana
    2 egg white raw and milo

    I'm doing the 2 egg and milo now.. it's kinda new and i'm experamenting on it..

    so far as i've listed the whey was the best.. second was the 3 egg and coffee..
    the banana was ok pero there's no source of protein ako ma take..

    to prevent that icky after taste of egg white i drink immedietly the drink after the egg..

    most experts in fitness and bodybuilding suggest that if you want to burn fat, do cardio on an empty stomach in the morning.. however, if you want to gain muscles, it's best to lift weights after an hour (or less.. personally for me, 20 minutes' fine) you've eaten... ay sad palabig busog

    i just test my body fat % and it says 18.4%.. yehey! ni effect gud ang eats before lift..

    naa sa Mercury drug, im not sure though if accurate ba ilang machine.
