    I do this 3-4 times a week. My usual route is from USC-TC to Ayala and back to USC-TC or from USC-TC to Canduman and back to USC-TC. Sometimes I take different routes so as I won't get used to the routes I normally take.

    OMG! ako dad ba grabe mag bike xa sa kanang mga bukid2 dalia lage niya naniwang..kapoie man daw kaau na.. kailangan naa pod resistenxa imo body para ma kaya ang tungas tungas ba... try ninyo..! hahah! pass lang ko.kapoie man au na oie

    @chadix, if you will go biking everyday, im sure you will loose weight...try go to busay bisan every weekend lang im sure you will loose weight gyud...

    mas maayo mag biking sa upper part sa city kay og ari mu sa busy streets
    tabla ra kay tanan pud aso sa jeep naa ninyo!
    mayo to wala kaayo jeep kay mas healthy :mrgreen:

    it is not enough jud. mao bitaw motambok tungod sige habhab.
    diet does not mean dili mokaon. it should be healthy and proper diet.
    mokaon ta aron dili usa ta mamatay. ang uban kay bali man. so, high-blood, cholesterol, etc... kirig dayon.
    ngano mag sige man pud gud ug kaon bisan wala gigutom.

    add more minutes sa imung biking or alternate it with jogging para di ka kapoyun ig dugay...mas maau mag weights ka gamay jd...bsag mga hardcore nga gym lng less than 500 ang monthly, ok nana oi...

    correct at the same time mo exert kag effort to climb...me, biking every weekend sa busay...daghan kaayo mga bikers mo saka didto
