Rice and bread are both largely made of carbohydrates...Eggs have bad cholesterol...Our body needs carbohydrates for energy... But too much of anything can be bad for our health....So for me, anything in moderation is ok..even alcohol.
yhea.. ako pud.. gi kapoy gud ko ug basa.. ni basa ra ko gamay.. then post dayon diri.. hahaha.. basically sa ako na sabtan.. ang 1 cup of rice is equals daw to 10 tablespoon of sugar.. (kanta nalang ta ani sa mary poppins.. "a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down.. " hhahah) and not ment to be daw ang tao ug ang rice..
