bro naka mount sad diay ang imong usa ka hdd gawas sa imong 80 gig.?, try lang ang usa gamita basin ug mo boot na sya 80gig nimo. basin mo error kung duha ang naka master ana. hehehehehe syaron cuneta pa gyud na.

How did you install on WD? Kung ni-boot ka sa Samsung unya gi-install nimo sa WD and later gi-tangtang nimo Samsung, maglibog jud ang OS. Suggest boot from diskette nga naa Fdisk. Full format WD using Fdisk. Install OS. Hope this helps

hmmmm, try daw gamit ug start-up Disk anha pag fdisk then reset sad ang master boot record bro, then refresh ang partition sa imong WD. like erase ang naka active nga partition then make a new one. then e full format then install OS. ayaw sa e butang ang imong Samsung. then Syaro pa gyud. first is e pa detect pa gyud sa bios imo WD syaro na gyud na. hehehehehe

download ug xp boot sa www.bootdisk.com nya inag error e run fdisk /mbr nya i tiklo ng master boot record...nya restart...mo gana nana

@darkdevil, Western Digital Drives are very "kolokoy". you have to be precise with them.

I assume this is IDE.

If it is a master drive and there is no slave, you have to set the jumpers as master only.
If it is a master drive with a slave, you have to set the jumpers as master with slave drive.

This has nothing to do with reformat or MBR. Mao lang gyud na ang Western Digital bai.
