nkapalit sad akon officemate laptop from US of A....
pareha sad mo problem, pero not to the point na mag shutdown tungod sa kainit...
mu init ra siya as in super init, thats d tym na iya na jud e off ang loptap.

nka kita siya sa computer shop dri, d sad sila kabalo unsa ang tawag kay badlis2 man gud... (hinapon!)
describe nlng nako. murag jelly siya na sulod sa sealed na flat na bag... murag unlan, same area sa laptop.
ang instruction kay e freeze nimo ang kana nga bag... so katong murag jelly niya sa sulod mugahi...

then if mu init na ang laptop, thats d time nga kuhaOn na niya then patungan sa laptop.
mka tabang baya pa cool down sa laptop... mak extend siya pila ka hours gamit sa laptop.

pro not a total solution sa problem niya... murag remedy nlng...

thats a laptop cooler its a mat under the laptop powered by the laptop i think, and is used to keep the power kool. yea remedy lang not solution, my classmate has one,, were techonogeeks. anyways its no so much of a problem more like an irritation, but i guess i have lo live with it. will search around google for answers. ty for all your help now about games, what games do you have on your laptops?

@lokster, pls follow all the advices given on this thread. but if you encounter problems with your warranty (US only) then PM me so i can have somebody check your system personally (run diagnostics on the cpu fan).don't worry, i still have an extra motherboard, ac adapter and battery for the Inspiron 8200 in Cebu. in case other parts are needed then i can facilitate shipment from the U.S. and don't worry about the charges, i'm a reasonable guy to deal with.

ooooooooooohhhhhhhh... inspiron 8200 has extra space for dual batteries!!! i only have one, hey why dont you run diagnostics on this thing. i checked out the dell site but not much use. as for a laptop cooler i dont know where i can get one, my friend got his also from d u.s f a. how much is all the parts? reasonable guy! u.s warrenty yes but im keeping in touch with him, and its really dell's fault ive come across a number of forums that dell's laptops are disturbingly overheating

may it be dell, ibm, hp and all the other brands. there would always be problems. check out all the rest of the other brand's forums and you'll know what i mean. I've sold a couple of similar systems as what you have but they're a bit faster 2.6ghz and 2.5ghz processors respectively. and they're precision m50's with nvidia quadro 700go cards. so far, my customer doesn't have any problems (overheating/shutting down) with them at all. maybe your system just need a fan replacement or either a new battery or ac adapter. worst case scenario would be a motherboard replacement. call cedrico at 2324721 so you can schedule what time you can drop by the shop so you can also check out the systems i was talking about.

truth be told this laptop is a few months old. got it more or less half a year ago and then then inspiron 8200 with 2.2ghz and radeon 9000 came out!!! if i just waited. oh well. omad i will contact your shop soon, hope its not too expensive for me, btw i saw your laptops at the forum, mostly dell. yeah i guess to each his own product, i didnt mean any offense about dell sorry. but were good

If you have software problems, take it to "Software & Games". If you have hardware problems, take it to "Computer Hardware".
