I'll go for a house and lot. It still feels good when you have more control over your property. You can build a front- or backyard, set up your own garden, get to breathe fresh air. I also have this notion na life seems to be so fast paced when you're in a condo. A house should be the best place to rest and relax with your family and even friends.

Seriously, since this is the Business & Economics section, and if we are talking about investments, mas click jud and condo hotels (condotels) nowadays, you own the condo unit and when you are not using it (if you are working abroad and just going back to Cebu for a few weeks vacation) earn from the hotel operations.

house and lot...lesser liability coz i opt to have small house lang..ang condo man gud daghan ayu bayranan every month so much better ang house and lot plus in the long run...asset siya...if bati na ang house naa pa bayay land to sell...murag ingana ako sabot...unlike sa condo wherein if maguba ang building ang imong space kay naa ra sa air (if ever dili ka level 1)...btw btw...don't mind me! mao ra na akong thinking! hehe
ang condominium daghan tag-iya...dili siya ma convert into a house and lot.
ang house and lot imoha ra gyud unless common pa sa imo pamilya...ma convert siya into a condominium if naa na ka money.
