de-ground it.

usually mobo jud na bai, basta mo on lng ug kalit.....
ang uban ila tanggalon ang bat then i overnight, hoping ma uli.an.....

Try daw restart bro, sa windows environment if mo restart lang siya...Post the results. Murag normal lang ni siya if once lang and if na improper shutdown imo PC.

check sa bios: "power on failure" - choices are "last state" "always on" "always off" keep it at "always off"

tangala batt. overnyt nya hasta memory then put it back tanan.make sure power switch cord sakto pagka sak2 sa board n check mga jumper. mao rana

I experienced this problem what I did is removed everything from the casing, reset and clean the proc, memory and if video card is not built in clean also (used eraser)... walahhh...hope this would help you..

sorry for my late update bout sa akung prob... just came back from oroquieta city then naglisud jud ku ug pangitag cafe didto...

back sa aqng problem mga bro... aku gtangtang ang memory then no beep... so nagchange na lang ku ug mobo, kay i think it's no hope na jud

pro ask lang ku mga bro... new akung board then pag on naku, naa daun power, as in motoyok tanang fan naku including ang fan sa processor pro seconds lang and ma off ra pud then dha pa naku i press ang power button...

naa na siya problem o wala?
