You don't have to say sorry it's a free country I think so you're free to express your views. Good or bad is a subjective matter. I only said that most of those who left are good GTs. I never said that good GTs are not in this company anymore.

Anyway as to why they left I cannot speak for them I can only assume they went in search for greener pasture or that they find some people or some policies within the organization disagreeable. But that doesn't mean that the company is a total crap. Like uhm laid back transcription work, or your sexy officemates.

I'm just a nobody looking for good jobs and companies that offer better compensation and my intention is like I said I just want to know about this company because I saw there ad which is extreme hiring and I just wonder why? Same goes to you, you have a nice nick.

it's a stupid username, corny haha. I was supposed to join the holy war but I was centuries late and now I'm just bitter or disillusioned about the whole crusade thingy.

low salary yeah, but the GT dept. is still new, mag 2 years palang this Feb. so I think expected jd na gamay pa ug pay but like every other company, naa mn jd nay increase. I mean, if they want to keep their employees, they'll have to right? just like every company, ne?

and if one considers that they're on a recruitment drive, aggressively so, dinha jd na padung ky the company also wants to grow! that is, sign a bigger and better deal with it's clients abroad. they can't go forward with that with just 40 people. simply put, get 300 employees, keep those employees from leaving, sign a new big fat contract.
