What are you talking about it's a small size company going towards medium size of course it's small but it's very stable. Anyone who wants to try a career in transcription should really try NTW. They are aggressively hiring new GTs because the company is making a huge leap from just being a small scale company towards medium size. While many companies have closed NTW remained and is growing if you're talking about economic security that is, just like the smart PR dude said the company owes no one nothing. And if it's about physical security the company has it's own guards and besides it's on top of a bank so of course it's very much guarded. I've seen some changes within the company itself and it's about time. It's just a shame that those who have left the company had to leave just to make their point heard. But nevertheless their efforts will not be put in vain. Sayang sad kay mostly mga nihawa are very good GTs.

Anyways why I'm saying all of these right now is not because I'm aiming to get promoted, hell I can't be bothered to hire people that's HR's role. I have to admit I did have a conversation with our operation manager regarding this matter. Not the most entertaining and enlightening discussion, nothing much there that I've not already heard but I did realize one thing though that managers are just as vulnerable as the lowest rank and file, they'd do everything to get the job done because that's expected of them, when the going gets tough they aren't shy about whipping their unsuspecting peon on the back. It's a tough decision right? I know you're reading this so sit back and enjoy my posts, mine doesn't always make you feel warm and fuzzy inside but nevertheless it's honest and entertaining. Damn if you do and damn if you don't. Too bad not every employee understands this. That doesn't mean they're dumb, it just mean that that they're people and people will always react to every undesirable stimuli. Some reactions are silly while some are serious but it's just normal people have to somehow release their frustrations and anger and what better way to release it than talk behind your boss' back. I do that often to relieve myself too. By the way is there a chance like uhm we get some increase in our paycheck? I know it's too much too ask but hey I'll never know the answer if I don't ask

How come good GT's are not in this company anymore if this is a good company? and how come this thread have many negative comments if this is a good company? I just don't get it. Sorry for asking, but I'm just asking.
