Discriminations towards Bisaya?

mao na giingon bisan asa or bisan kinsa naa gyud tendency to discriminate or feel nga GI DISCRIMINATE!

And most likely katong feel nila gi discriminate sila or they assume gi discriminate sila kay sila mismo pud the
idea and trait of discriminating boils inside them pud.

diba common kaayo nato esp those from the city or well urbanized society kung maka kita ug

Hi peeps! let me ask you, how many in this site is from manila and cebu or from visayas region? I wonder, why is it that most tagalogs descriminates bisaya? any idae? i have experienced it many times already...




note: i just ran a spell check on the english words of the topic.

im not from cebu or from any visayan town/city... i think its not only the visayan.. some ethnic groups also suffer from discrimination in the NCR.. like the badjaos... ifugaos and others.. i bet u its got to do with one's attitude and behaviour why some people get maltreatment or descrimination.. religion or faith is also another factor why they are descriminated. In NCR where there are loads and bunch of divers group of people... we cannot deny there are descrimination if u dont speak good tagalog and your accent is obvious you are from some town or barrio down south or from up northern luzon.. if you encounter a problem not only with dialect problem but you find yourself being in agroup where the majority are from tagalog regions there is a big chance you might get different treatment from the people who are tagalog..

just like if you're asked what religious denomination you belong and you say you don't believe in this "god"
then you get the looks like dagger from them like your the devil or something.

discrimination is usually the brainchild of common ignorance
so don't get offended, because its them (one who discriminates) who need your understanding
and tolerance

in general, bisag asa naay discrimination oy, ma pulos tagalog, ma pulos bisaya etc...example nalang,pobre og dato nga pulos cebuano unya mag abot sa party, naa man gani gihapon discrimination!!! this is base in my own experience nga maoy naka pa challenge nako.

we need to stop thinking individually as TAGALOG, CEBUANO, WARAY, ILONGGO, ILOCANO, etc.

in order for us to progress, we ALL need to think united as FILIPINOS.
