Loneliness is just a state of mind. I can be alone but not lonely. There's a big difference. We should be able to sustain happiness from our own self and not dependent upon others for that happiness. Nobody is responsible for feelling what you are feeling but you. In other words, why choose to be lonely when you can choose to be happy in your own right? The choice is yours. The mind is powerful enough to dictate how you should feel. The rest follows. Choose the happy route.

I have a wonderful insight for you. Same thing you can apply with your loneliness issue. Kani gi share ni sa akong boss. Here is a good, simple, easy and stress-free strategy that i hope we all can apply in our daily lives when faced with problems including loneliness, etc. He said, when faced with a problem there are two things you can do --

If you think there is something you can do about your problem, then do something.
But if you think there is nothing you can do about it, then do nothing. Let it go.

coz i'm away from my family. my husband's busy with work and when he gets home, he eats dinner and then go to sleep and on weekends he sleeps all day.
