Sa akong nahibaw-an, since they train how they fight then, yes, mobuto pa na.

Pero, speaking of the actual rifles in the photos, usually to minimize chances of corrosion since parat man ang dagat and would lead to rusting, during trainings involving sea incursion they would use dummy rifles. I've seen pics of the US dummy rifles being used, pero wa pa ko kita sa mga NavSOG version.

Check the MP5 of the cover photo of the Nov. 1995 issue of Popular Mechanics:

Mobuto... I mean, why would they train that way kung sa actual di na nila buhaton?

They train the way they fight, so kung nakatuslob ng ilang pusil during training, nakatuslob sad na during actual combat.

Here's what I think (I am no way an expert) -- they use condoms to secure the barrel and close the ejection port covers. If they need to shoot underwater, they can -- pero only once. Kaisa lang gyud -- for example, taking out a sentry with one shot while underwater. They also need to be close to the surface nya duol sad sa tubig ang target.

If the approach to the shoreline was undetected then OK lang -- they can come off the water ready to fire.

Pero if nakapabuto sila ug kaisa underwater, they need to come up and shake off the excess water na nakasud sa bore before sila kapabuto ug usab. Doing otherwise will result in catastrophic failure to the weapon.

    Hope this helped. Cheers!
