if the owner denies the fact that they have faulty system in their store, how sure can the public be of the safety of the food they'll eat? we pay the right amount and yet what we get is substandard (and worse stale) food/product? com'on!
"...A staff member of the branch earlier told The FREEMAN that the beef used for the pizza was already spoiled but it was reportedly already too late when they discovered it..."
i pity this crew.. for sure, he/she is being scolded for jumping the gun on admitting their faults.
"...Carillo said the other branches of Alberto’s Pizza would also be inspected..."
make it quick councilor! and please no pabor-pabor... its the public safety that is at stake here.
“We are imposing this to safeguard the public and to give chance to Alberto’s pizza to better serve their clientele,” Carillo said..."
Alberto's Pizza's "better service" to their clientele should not be the foremost agenda of your inspection/investigation mr. councilor... it should be to ascertain if alberto's pizza follows the BASIC sanitary and health standards in preparing their food products!
scrupulous businessmen who put little or no importance to quality of their products but only after the contents of their cash registers should be taught a lesson. alberto's pizza got away with poor store sanitation, poor customer service, and now, poor (stale) food products for several months now... and yet theyve been raking in good money. its high time they take a serious look on the quality of their service to their patrons.
