if u have failing grades, dugay2x jud ka kta work, sa akong opinion, for a fresh grad, k ang mga employer ila unahanon ug interview k ang mga dagko ug grades, next is average grades, nya ka2 daun naa failing grades...pro f bisan naa ka failng grades nya dako2x nkag experience sa imong field of work k morag e low prio na lng nang grades ang experience na elang gaan ug dakong importance...

there is also another angle to this picture...recruitment officers vary actually on their tactics. there are and not just multinational companies out there who focus on average applicants be it intellect based on grades or skills, migger communication skills BUT as long as they have the CHARACTER na WILLINGNESS TO BE TRAINED AND TO LEARN, ky mas e-prefer ni nila coz there is always that huge possibility that they cud excel sa field.

while less sa mga topnotchers, honor rolls etc...ky psychologically gud these applicant have their self worth and very high regard na. surely, they think they are the best and will be an asset sa company. LESS na usually ila room for improvement its because of this image.

this i have heard from other recruitment officers na ako na meet, including my friends who graduated psychology and had the chance to practice their recruitment skills and some of them are managing na sad.

    just my thought lang ha.

    yes its true....

one of my bugoyon nga friend apply siya sa NCR together w/ a cum laude lady... guess what? my friend got hired and the cum laude lady not! eheheheh... even my friend was shocked!

he said to me "mas bright pa diay ko ato niya bai? nosebleed tingali tong interviewer... heheheheh..."

can be a factor, but not the sole basis....agree ko sa ingon ni vienzel. most recruiters would want to know how willing u are to learn and be trained. having gud grades are a just a plus!

there are companies na mo prefer jud ug dagko na grades atleast above average.. but if you have failing grades ma hire ghapn ka.. dha na mo sud ang diskarte... labi na nindot ka manulti.. ma hire jud ka..

I don't think so nga grade are the basis in applying a job,How about the way you answer the interview.dli ba nimu creditan.bisan unsa pa na ka dako imu grado dinha or bisag comlaude ka kung dli ka kahibalo mo rason sa interview .aw wla ayo imung pagka comlaude
