I agree with that. Dili ganahan mga companies to have over qualified employees because they have the tendency to feel superior over their boss' and they feel so perfect. Mangita jud companies og someone na pakitang gilas jud kay they are the ones that has something to prove. If you feel too confident and perfect then there will be no room for LEARNING for you. Remember lang important pud ang credentials like work experiences, trainings and seminars attended. Inig interview just be professional.

Not TRUE, but certainly there are big companies out there are preferring good grades "Academic Excellence" in other words, perhaps only a few of them? but make no worries about bad remarks you can still excel on some other areas, HR managers are not selecting only for those brainy guys but they also consider those talented and fast learner employees, so GOOD LUCK to you![]()

I don't think so,there are lots of people there nga dagko grado pero when it comes to interview laayo man e tubag.ma tinga lang ta asa nila g kuha tung graduha,kinopya ba or di.mao taha na huna2x sa interviewer nga grade are not the basis.ilah taha huna-huna2x nga preformance wise taha kay dili mani pa brightanay ika trabaho.It's your skills and personality man ang importante sa trabaho.

No, I think you need to pass the interview..that's more important.Higher grades does not guarantee you nga ma hired ka .It doesn't gaurantee you man gani bisag bachelors degree nga maka sulod trabaho.Mao na atong one biggest problem in the philippines ang unemployement.daghan graduate pero daghan sad wala ka sulod trabaho.
