Well, who was ever satisfied with salary? We always look for jobs who pay bigger.... but if you are someone who needs a job right now and you are qualified for this kind of job then y not try it... maybe mao ni para nimo... at least you'd earning unlike other people nga magtambay mag cge atubang sa computer mag blog2x 24/7... kanang inyong git type2x s ablog inyo pa na i put into something that would get u paid d nabayaran pa inyong talent sa pag type, dubah The company is good man, but they have some mishaps sad, but every company has, naa man jud something nga d ka kaganahan sa imong company but like right now, they need a lot of people sa GT and us sa call center kay hinay ug production because gamay ra ang calls so they are asking us first to try the GT thing maybe ma save nila ang other employees nila.... some may say nga bati ilang style but you are given an option before hand... its their strategy man sad... naa ra man na nimo ug mo survive ka.... kay ako naka survive man ko sa training nako ang I've been with the company almost a year now.... I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR THEM (NTW) FOR HOME TRANS AND HERE'S MY FIRST PAY CHECK....




GAMAY PA NA KAY BAGO PAKO NAG SUGOD ANA nga time THEN I WAS STILL GETTING THE HANG OF THINGS WITH THE DICTATORS, FORMATTING AND ALL. THIS IS MY PAY FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER!!

MY ESTIMATED SALARY NEXT MONTH IS ABOUT P 35,000 +
COZ I ALREADY HIRED A COUPLE OF OTHER PEOPLE UNDER ME TO HELP AND I WOULD ALSO BE PAYING THEM!!!

I am a stay at home MOM as of the moment coz I had just given birth last MAY and little pa akong baby so I wanna be just here for her most of the time. And while she sleeps, I do transcriptioning at my own living space!!!

So sa kanang mga tao dinha na cgeg pangaway ug wala nay lain buhat but mangitag gubot, mas maayu pa ug e lihok na ninyu nga mka kwarta mo!!

Sa HOMETRANS man gud, since we are not DIRECTLY connecxted with the system nila sa NTW, so manual nila e count ang lines you made. Dayun they pay you by the lines man in HOMETRANS. So if Kugihan kag type rather than type ug nonesense nga pangaway, then mas makadako gyud kag pay. But if not, tapulan sad ka, then Sorry nalang gamay gyud kag madawat.

So mao na..ang ge work nako pag OCT, pag NOV ge manually nila ug LINE COUNT sa Techs. After which, hatagan ko nilag report about ana, sa mga wala kapasar sa Quality standard etc, and ang Total Line Count nila. Dayun e compare na nako sa NOTES nako. Basin naa silay file nga wala ge count ug apil kay they thought dili ako or unsa bah. Hangtud na ma finalize na na nila nga mao nana ang imung worth sa lines na nahimo.

So bale Raw lines you made, minus the 5% of Line Count if ever naa kay Jobs nga Below standard, is equal to the total line count na byaran nila nimo.

So let's say for example, You made 10,000 worth of lines for the month of October, then naa man kay na hagbong na job so minus 5% of total line count. So mahimo na sya ug 9,500 worth of LIne COunt ilang byran nimo. Dayun ang rate na ilang gehatag nimo, let's say 1 cents dollars per line. So 9,500 x .01 = $95 x P46, which is maoy average rate sa Peso for the month of OCTOBER, so ang payable nila nimo is, P4,370 TAX FREE pa gyud!!

So mao na sya ang explanation dinha!

They pay every 5th of the month man 2 months after your Month range of WORK.

So ang akong na WORK pag OCT, last DEC 5 nako nadawat gikan nila!
Ang na WORK nko pag NOV, karun JAN 5 nako madawat ang sweldo gikan nila!!

So mao na sya!!

Like ang Fonetag (VOICEMAIL account), I am not sure but I think they pay 75 cents in pesos per message you typed....dili ko sure ha but I think mao na coz I tried that man last year!!

Naa man gud sila proposal na mag 2 cents per line if maka 5k per day na jobs!! So if you wanna join my team, do so!! Id be glad to help you and train you!!

Yes NTW is always hiring because of the constant firing and quitting of people there. It's a trend I think. The job is actually very easy. It's the management and the stupid salary that's giving people stress. Employees are nice and very easy to get along. I feel like I'm getting dumber everyday with this job, doesn't make you learn anything new. But if you're looking for boring, routine, very easy stupid low paying job then NTW is for you.
