you call yourself not biased pero you are lol... you are an MT kaya you need not to go on MT Training. dha ka lamang.
malas lang cguro nimo kay i think you paid for your MT studies...

the thing is... this is your call.. meanwhile, to some of us. it isnt. so we leave and we say what we think is right...
besides... i believe ITS A HIGHER STANDARD to train your employees for close perfection... and its always w/ pay.

unlike sa imo standard na gi agreehan... its free MT STUDY. its not like "we Want to and/or NEED to and for ourselves"
its the company who is looking for US to work for them. if not, they shouldnt be HIRING at all.

    tabi tabi lang po....

time sah kay nangaway ka nko nga wala ka kasabot sa akong ge ingun..

"malas lang cguro nimo kay i think you paid for your MT studies"

for the record...I didnt go to school intawn sa MTC ACADEMY or any MT Training facility for that matter. I got trained by my OLD company but with PAY which was FINE!!!

Lain lain man gud diskarte ang kada company...so sa NTW lain sad ila diskarte! There are only a few people who are fit to be MT's. And as for my OLD COMPANY (not NTW), they hired Medical Allied graduates para gamay nalang ug trainingunun...but then again..dili tanan MT sa among company are Allied Medical Graduates. And there are even some nga mas maayu pa kaysa na DOCTOR na nga nag MT!

but overall, mas naa gyud advantage if MEDICAL GRADUATE kA.

"its not like "we Want to and/or NEED to (I think you mean training here) and for ourselves"

You may not need to or want to, but you can't improve if you won't try or go through training and most of all, you won't be competent to do the work given to you if you dont go through this.

If thats the case nga DILI KA coz you think YOU DONT NEED to or WANT to, then whats the point apply ka dinha?? paluma luma! The biggest problem with people is you want to take things the easy way. You wanna get rich the easy way. Well Im sorry to tell you this and Open your eyes but reality is...THERE'S NO SHORTCUT TO GETTING RICH!!!!

As for NTW, they are hiring BOTH Medical and General transcriptionists. Honestly, both bya dili sayun if dili ka kahibalo sa mga pasikot sikot and dili ka kahibaw sa mga palusot in researching. Samot na kung MEDICAL kay daghan kaayu ka dapat bantayan in transcribing. And yes, as you said, good luck in finding MT certified people. Yes there are only a few, but even MT certified people STILL undergo training when you work in NTW kay alangan...maayu man ug ang getudlo sa MTC academy or asa ba are the ACCOUNTS that NTW or the COMPANY is handling nga dili man. And there are certain rules for accounts which will be assigned to you. In an MT Training school, they actually just teach you the basics. But in TRAINING with the company, they teach you the scope or subject of the account you will be handling and so on and so forth. Dili man sad na mahimo nga e HIRE ka dritso with pay without training nila dayun pataka nalang kag type dinha taman sa gusto nimo...there are CERTAIN RULES or to be exact, CLIENT SPECIFICS to be followed. So mao na.

Back when I was in training, We we're taught and we did DEAD files for 6 months. At least to be familiar with the accounts we will be handling.

As for your saying nga its your choice chuva...bitaw imu gyud bitaw na nga chooice..everybody has their own free will...if dili ka lipay then wla nay mahimo ang company ana..imuha mana nga choice and imuhang perception. It all depends rman sa imu how u perceive things. Is the glass half full or half empty? Naa ra nimo unsaun nimo pag perceive gyud.

"its the company who is looking for US to work for them. if not, they shouldnt be HIRING at all."

Pride ra kaayu ka mustorya uy as in!! Sour graping ra kaayu honestly lang! But the real questions is, DO YOU NEED A JOB?? IF YOU DO NEED A JOB and you APPLIED FOR THEM, then whats the point of applying if that's the case nimo? If ikaw sad, nangita gyud kag trabaho, then go if you get an offer of any kind if you really wanna work. Like they say, beggars cant be choosers. But if it's not your call, then ok ra. Move on. Dili kay mag ingun ana ka nga mang bikil ka ug tao. Mag unsa ka kung mamili kag trabaho dayun wala na kay gekaun or you cant provide food on the table!! Tsk tsk tsk.

Mao bitaw na daghan pobre na tao sa kalibutan kay dili mangitag pa agi nga mai-ahon nila ilang self to be better or to have a better life!!

    Just my 2 cents. again.

I am actually working for NTW for homebased transcriptioning and for a month I earned 35k+- TAX FREE!!

what's doing good for me might not be doing good for you. But then again, it depends on how you handle things!!

As for me, so far, it's all good!!

If you dont like the setup sa office nila, then try Homebased. There's no harm in trying. Yun nga lang, dili sila mudawat ug NO EXPERIENCE in Medical or General Transcriptioning.

they are looking for voicemail transcriptionists which is very different from medical transcriptionist.... if you wanna find out more i think there's a website.... listen.ph they just put this up so its not fully fuctional but I was told by some that they got in... i just thought maybe its my connection....
the company is really hiring they need 200% or 300% more of the total employees... They are updating the referral program just for this... they only need 3 things from you guys..... if your 18yrs old above. if you can type fast and if you can take down english sentence. Thats just it.. if you're interested and you would be called up.... you may wanna put my name in the referral space, the name is Sophie Ramones, I work there in the call center dept. It could help us both a lot...

Kapoy man jud siya nga work kay mag lingkod ra gud ka unya mag type maminaw sa biasan unsa gipahng storya sa mga amerkano ang uban d pa masabtan... but there is the TRAINING.. thats the purpose of it... aron makahibaw ka what to do... ako naa man sa call center sa Northern, but karon kay gipa try mi nila sa General transcriptionist kay they need a lot of people to keep up with the demands of their client... it doesnt pay big man jud. Well, who was ever satisfied with salary? We always look for jobs who pay bigger.... but if you are someone who needs a job right now and you are qualified for this kind of job then y not try it... maybe mao ni para nimo... at least you'd earning unlike other people nga magtambay mag cge atubang sa computer mag blog2x 24/7... kanang inyong git type2x s ablog inyo pa na i put into something that would get u paid d nabayaran pa inyong talent sa pag type, dubah The company is good man, but they have some mishaps sad, but every company has, naa man jud something nga d ka kaganahan sa imong company but like right now, they need a lot of people sa GT and us sa call center kay hinay ug production because gamay ra ang calls so they are asking us first to try the GT thing maybe ma save nila ang other employees nila.... some may say nga bati ilang style but you are given an option before hand... its their strategy man sad... naa ra man na nimo ug mo survive ka.... kay ako naka survive man ko sa training nako ang I've been with the company almost a year now.... Other people I work with kay naa na diha since the company started 4 years ago... naka graduate na lng sila ug college nag masterals nlng naa gihapon adto.... so, its really great help... try lng mo.... you'll not lose anything by tryin.... btw, go to their site, listen.ph... try kung makaya ba ninyo ang job kay naa man silay trial adto nga naay ipa transcribe nga audio.... and my name is Sophie Ramones... just in case mo apply mo and walay mi refer ninyo, ako lng name ibutang... it would help us both a lot.... or maybe e send nlng ninyo nako ang name and contact # ninyo kay ako nlng hatag sa akong TL.... oki oki??

So, let’s put voice-mail transcription in its proper perspective.
If you’re the type who can remember lines of a song the first time you hear it then you may be a good voice mail transcriptionist.
If you’re the type who can remember snatches of lines heard during a Metallica concert then you may be a good voice mail transcriptionist.
If you’re the type who hears things and remembers it while you’re deep into a 1000 page novel then you may be a good voice mail transcriptionist.
Hell, if you’re the type that simply likes to listen to words then you may be a good voice mail transcriptionist.
By the way, have I mentioned that if you’re all of the above and more, voice-mail transcription is also a well paying job.
Working equation here is listening + typing = good pay.
Add to that that you don’t have someone screaming into your headphones or that you don’t have to sweet talk anyone to buy anything or plug the damn thing properly then, to use a line, what are you waiting for.
    It’s all about listening.
    So, listen.
    Listen to your future!
AND HEY! DONT FORGET TO PUT IN SOPHIE RAMONES AS YOUR REFERENCE PERSON....

you may wanna visit .: Listen to your future
