if my memory serves me right, belly dancing was made for preggers. it helps tone the abdominal muscles or something so that delivery is easy and not so painful. i think lng ha. dugay2x na pd ko nkakuha ani nga info.

yeah naa sa abellana sis.. 1 hour 50 pesos.. before mag belly dancing ko.. nice siya ang feeling after sis... inig sugod pa lang kay maningot naka.. basta nice jud ang belly dancing ai... before everyday jud ko ato mag belly dancing..
