TULOY na tuloy na nga ang paglipat nina Susan Roces at Christopher de Leon sa GMA 7, mula sa ABS CBN. Katuna*yan, magkasama ang da*lawa sa unang ChristmaSerye ng Siyete, ang Sana Ngayong Pasko, with Gina Alajar.


Bagay na bagay raw kay Susan ang role nito sa ChristmaSerye, dahil kuwento ito ng isang babaeng may-edad na tila nawa*walan na ng pag-asa sa buhay.


Sa kaso ni Boyet, ikinuwento ng manager nitong si Tita Lolit Solis na natapos na ang ta*ping nito para sa Lovers In Paris (nina KC Concepcion at Piolo Pascual). Hindi na raw pumirma ng panibagong kontrata para sa panibagong pro*ject si Boyet.


“Si Sandy (Andolong) kasi, loyalist ng GMA ‘yon. Siya ang nagsasabi kay Boyet na lumipat na sa GMA. Nakita niyo nga, wala si Bo*yet sa Christmas Station ID ng ABS. Apat na beses siyang in-invite para roon, pero umayaw na siya,” lahad ni Tita Lolit.


Bukod kay Boyet, isa pa sa mga alaga ni Tita Lolit na babalik ng GMA ay si Tonton Gutierrez. Paliwanag ni Tita Lolit, dapat ay tatlong buwan lang talaga ang itatagal ng May Bukas Pa?, pero na-extend daw ito. Pero sa mga susunod na episode, papatayin na nga si Tonton sa May Bukas Pa?


Ang Sana Ngayong Pasko ay magsisimula sa December 7.

Lani papalit kay Bong sa Amazing...

MANILA, Philippines - Si Christopher de Leon at hindi si Aga Muhlach ang tinutukoy naming Kapamilya star na lilipat (o babalik) sa Kapuso channel dahil kasama ang aktor sa cast ng ChristmaSerye na Sana Ngayong Pasko.

Tinapos muna ni Boyet ang taping niya ng Lovers in Paris na tumagal ng three days dahil sa request ng staff na magkaroon ng closure ang kanyang karakter. End ng October dapat hindi na mapapanood sa series ng ABS-CBN ang aktor, pero na-extend siya ng ilang araw.

Role ng eldest son ni Susan Roces ang gagampanan ni Boyet sa Sana Ngayong Pasko at makakasama niya si Gina Alajar. Five-part series ang ChristmasSerye na ito na papalit sa Stairway to Heaven at mapapanood simula Dec. 14.

Kuwento ni Ms. Wilma Galvante sa ipinatawag na presscon, sobrang heavy drama ang story nito at nang mabasa niya ang script, si Susan agad ang naisip niya.

“We took our chances with her, we asked her kung puwede kaming makipag-meeting. Nagustuhan niya ang concept na original story, family drama, and love story ito. It’s going to be compelling,” sabi ni Ms. Wilma.

Dahil may series sa Dos, hindi natupad ang plano ni Sen. Bong Revilla, Jr. na si Jolo Revilla ang pansamantalang pumalit sa kanyang mag-host ng Kap’s Amazing Stories. Sa halip, ang bunso nila ni Lani Mercado plus two other kids ang mga hosts ng Kap’s Amazing Stories Kids’ Edition.

PEP: Claudine Barretto proud to be Kapuso

Marami pa rin ang nagulat sa biglang paglipat ni Claudine Barretto sa Kapuso network. Ever since kasi, Claudine has always been a Kapamilya baby. In fact, she was considered the Star Magic Queen at isa sa maituturing na pioneers ng talent arm ng ABS-CBN.

Pero noong Miyerkules, November 25, kasama ni Claudine na nagtungo sa GMA-7 ang kanyang mga magulang.

"Masayang-masaya na ako ngayon ay kasama na sa pamilya ng Kapuso. Parang everything just fell into place. Parang lahat talaga, it's all God's will talaga. I'm really, really proud. Sincerely talaga with all my heart, I'm really, really proud to be a Kapuso."

Nagpahayag ng kanilang kasiyahan ang mga top executives ng GMA-7, tulad ni GMA President Felipe L. Gozon, Vice-president Jimmy Duavit, at GMA Films President Annette Gozon-Abrogar.

"Excited talaga 'ko," sabi ni Claudine, "dahil alam ko na magaganda yung mga nakahilerang project for me.

"And at the same time, makakasama ko yung asawa ko. At mababantayan ko na siya," natatawang biro pa nito.

OLD FRIENDS AND AN OLD FLAME. Excited na rin daw makasama muli ni Claudine ang mga dati niyang kaibigan na nauna nang lumipat sa bakuran ng GMA.

"Actually, we have lots of catching up to do. Marvin [Agustin], Patrick [Garcia] is also there. Paolo Contis, so, palagi kong nakakasama ang mga yun. Fan na fan ako ng maraming shows dito, unang-una ang Darna, then yung kay Dingdong [Dantes] at saka yung kay Rhian [Ramos].

Handa na rin daw siyang makatrabaho ang ex-boyfriend na si Mark Anthony Fernandez.

"I think so, I think so... ako, okey ako. Pinayagan na ako ng asawa ko. Walang problema sa kanya. Hopefully ganun na rin mag-end para ano... para finally, magkaroon kami ng closure dahil hindi naman talaga nagkaroon."

Bukod pa ro'n, "naniniwala ako na isa talaga siya sa magaling na artista sa mga lalaki, so, exciting," sabi ni Claudine. - Philippine Entertainment Portal

'StarStruck V' has found its Final 14 contenders. After weeks of auditions, call backs and grueling tests, ready na sila para ipakilala sa lahat. Text by Jason John S. Lim. Photos provided by GMA Network.

Last Sunday, the callback contenders were cut down to the Top 20 and were introduced to their new competition: the Worldwide 8.

The Top 20 might have the advantage of earlier mental and physical preparation, pero hindi maitatanggi ang drive ng walong international contenders who came all the way from Japan, Singapore, Bahrain, Canada and the United States! At walang sinasayang na oras ang StarStruck, because bago pa man makapag-celebrate ang mga naiwan sa competition, they were told to get ready for their first week of tests.

From Monday to Friday, the now Top 28 met with their mentors: Jai Sabas-Aracama for Music, Barbi Chan for Make-Up, Douglas Nierras for Dance, Gina Alajar for Acting and Abbygale Arenas-de Leon for Imaging. And last Wednesday, they also underwent their first official pictorial for the show.

After the whole week of grueling tasks, 14 na lang ang natitira to vie for the titles: Ultimate Male Survivor and Ultimate Female Survivor.

From the boys:



Ian Batherson is the self-proclaimed funny guy from Germany who dreams to become an artista in the Philippines.

Sef Cadayona is the boy from Manila who dreams to entertain people with his talent and passion.

Rocco Nacino is Baguio-born but considers himself a Laguna-native who wants to fulfill his dreams of becoming an artista.



Enzo Pineda is a Makati-based aspiring actor who dreams of becoming a superhero.

Steven Silva is the Davaoeño who wants to make his parents proud through his love for singing.

Piero Vergara is the happy-go-lucky guy from Davao who also wants to be known as a journalist, a songwriter and an author.

Fianca Cruz is the impassioned dancer from Pasig who has dreamed to be an artista since she was a kid.

Sarah Lahbati is the girl who hails from Switzerland, who has left everything behind to try her luck in StarStruck.

Diva Montelaba is the Cebuaña whose wants to make her grandmother's dreams come true.




Rox Montealegre is the Dean's lister from Makati who wants the fast-paced (and never dull) life that only showbiz can provide.

Princess Snell is the cutie from Laguna whose showbiz-oriented dreams is rooted in the desire to give her family a good future.

Rye Burgos is a US-grown aspirant who wants to inspire through laughter.

Nina Kodaka is the contender from Japan who has always known that she wants to be an artista.

Zeryl Lim has come all the way from Bahrain to enhance her talents in entertaining people.
