Rates vary depende if regular ka sa company or ni-agi ka ug agency.
If niagi ka ug agency, dapat mas dako ka ug rate kaysa mga regular employees, unya naa moy contract...six months, 3months, 1year..depende.

Nozomi is an agency so dili sila dapat mohatag ug rates nga parehas ra sa regular employee. If pareha or mas ubos pa sa regular employe, aw, maypa moderitso na lang ta ug apply sa company, di ba?

Gi test lang to nako if mogukod ba sila.
    hehehe

as being argued earlier in this discussion, I think JunMar is correct. Nag ligas lang ug gamay sa punto. Ang punto nila zyle, is more on the computation... which is the formula to compute. Of course, bisan kapila ka pa mo absent or ma late ang formula dili mausab, dili ma apektuhan. Pero ang punto ni JunMar, is a ang result sa computation ma apektuhan jud. Kay wa man kay na earn kung nag absent ka without pay or na late ka.

The minimum 13th month pay required by law should not be less than 1/12 of the total basic salary earned by an employee within a calendar year
    murag klaro kaau na:

    So:
    kung monthly paid ka:
salary = 30T, in one year is 360T basic if intact. so, 13th month = 360/12 = 30T. What if there are absences/tardiness and the total basic in a year is just 350T? then it should be 350/12, clearly the formula is the same but the figure/result is different.

    kung daily paid ka:
more complex to compute, but the formula is still the same.

Ang contention nga 1 month basic salary jud ang imong 13month considering na ka work jud ka sa whole year, dili mo coincide specially kung daily paid ka. the formula is always 1/12 of the total basic salary earned.

From what I understand about 13th month pay, it really depends on the number of days you have worked for the company it also includes deductions from lates/absences.. or basically how much you have earned from the company basing on your payslip then divide it by 12 and apply taxes hehe.

yes, sa ako nabaw-an, average pay/month imu makuha... ma-affect jud kung daghan ka absent, ky i-add tanan earnings nimu for 12 months, nya divided by 12...pero, gamay raman siguro nah., gawas kung grabe kadaghan imu absent....

in our company, 13th month pay is computed as 1 whole month basic salary granting he completed 12 months work rendered in a given calendar year. basis will be total gross basic salary excluding allowances, cola, etc. for twelve months divided by 12 OR months he worked in the company if he wasnt able to complete the 12 month period, or what we call prorated. so kay total gross earnings man ang basis, it will matter pag 1. late ka, 2. nag overtime ka, 3. leave without pay ka. 4, nagmaternity leave ka.

If your 15th or 30th day payslip clearly indicates that your Basic Salary is 20,000.00 pesos, which means 40,000.00 pesos ang imong Basic Salary monthly....unya naa kay absences or tardiness dili nimo madawat ang tibuok 40,000.00 pesos inig 13th month pay tungod sa absences/tardiness? what ever happened to your paid leaves? Mo contradict pud siya sa 13th month pay is equal to your 1 month basic pay or pro rated ni siya if wala gyud ka nag start sa Jan of the current year.

    .
nothing happened to your paid leave. hehehehehe. if you are on paid leave, then it will not affect the computation of your 13th month at all. clearly, above quote was referring to CASH EQUIVALENTS, meaning kanang imong namonetized or imonetized na leaves na wala nimo nagamit. with regards to tardiness, naay uban kumpanya na itapal nila ang tardiness sa leave credits, that also will not affect your 13th month contribution. however, naay company, same as sa ako gitrabahuan karun, na salary deduction ang lates ug undertimes. so kana, makaapekto jud na siya sa 13th month. HOWEVER AGAIN, there are companies na dili jud mo matter kung absenot ka or dili, fixed ilang ginahatag na 13th month, that is the prerogative of the company, very generous of them. BUT ang ato balaod, nag set ug guidelines, mao to quoted above. so over ana, very good, pero kung uban company will just satisfy the guidelines na gihatag sa gobyerno, aw mao ra jud pud ang madawat.

sa amo basta 1yr naka nag work tibuok jud na ang 13month pay. mao man jud na sa balaod.. sa among tardiness/late salary deduction na every month. add on kung OT. ang absent kay adto gideduct sa paid leave. kung nana paka wala na gamit nga leave ma convert into cash na sa end of the year. lain pod among mid year ug xmas bonus. lain pa sad income tax return kung dili ka permi mag OT.
