Define Criminal Intent, whats your basis to say an Act have Criminal intent or Not?

If someone want to marry His/Her Sister or Brother because they loved them and wants the Law to be changed? - Does it have any Criminal intent to you?
If someone wants to Marry a 10 or 12 Year olds because they loved them and want to change the Law? - Does it have any Criminal intent to you?
If someone wants to Marry their Dogs because they Loved them and wants to change the Law? - Does it have any Criminal intent to you?

If you want to Change the LAW because of LOVE, whats the difference between your Reasons / Rights and the example above?

You are already Treated EQUALLY on the Basis of your Original Physical Sexuality, in other words you are already Treated Equally as a Human Being. Now you want to Change the LAW because of Your Feelings, But in doing so you will Also violate the Feelings of the Majority. So basically you dont Want Equality but rather you want to Impose Your Feelings to other People and force them to Change and sacrifice their feelings and accept you.

By just saying its Okay for men to marry other men just because they have freedom and that's what they Feel? you call it rationalize? I mean you cant even give a good reason that if We allow gays to change the Law, What would be Your Basis if Other people wants to Change another existing Laws because of what they FEEL? Nope, it's not about Apples and Oranges, it's not about being Pink or Black. It's about acceptibility of this proposal, public intolerance on homosexuality in RP, and how a nation "blanketed" by conservatism and Roman Catholicism for more than 300 years embrace this liberal view.
