To LGBT's the examples you are citing are obviously from western countries. Now if you want to FULLY bring out your LIFESTYLE to what you really want. Na hala! Pang lubad mo sa western countries, kay kanang inyong gi ingon nga CHANGES to the government and change of legal rights blah blah blah di na mahitabo sa Pilipinas! Usik usik ra mo pangugat diri!

Even your Ladlad Party-list is NOT pushing for the said irrelevant same s3x marriage.

Gay party-list won’t campaign for same-*** marriage

MANILA, Philippines -- Ang Ladlad, the gay advocacy group seeking accreditation from the Commission on Elections (Comelec) as a party-list group, said it would not campaign for same-*** marriage in the Philippines.

Danton Remoto, Ladlad chair, said the group aimed to provide gays a legal representation in Congress.

He also stressed that their group would focus on ending discrimination against gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transgenders in the workplace and schools.

Responding to a question from the commissioners about their stand on legalizing same-*** marriage, a project that was spearheaded by gay groups in California and Massachusettes, Remoto said: ?We are not advocates of same-*** marriage.?

He noted that the campaign for same-*** union would be ?difficult? to wage in the Philippines, which is a predominantly Catholic country.

The group, he told the poll body, has about 22,000 members nationwide.

The group, he noted, have helped their constituents fight against discrimination in their workplaces and schools. They also provided psychosocial counseling to troubled teenagers.

Ladlad also applied for party-list accreditation in the 2007 elections, but their application was rejected.

Some Comelec officials questioned their status as a marginalized and underprivileged sector in society.

Remoto, an Ateneo de Manila University professor, said many gays in the Philippines are marginalized because they are turned away from their chosen professions because of their sexuality.

?I don?t think gays are rich. Only Ricky Reyes and Boy Abunda are rich,? Remoto said, making a lighthearted comment and referring to the two celebrities.

Remoto said he is confident that the group will get the Comelec?s nod, now that they have proven that they have a nationwide membership.

lalaki sa lalaki magpapakasal?..cmon....kaya patuloy na dumadami ang faggots na may aids eh! hehehe! in my opinion, its totally irrelevant and laughable for them to get married, Why? because we define marriage as being instituted and ordained by God for the lifelong relationship between one man as husband and one woman as wife.

So my question is what do you mean by Criminal intent? whats your basis when you say Criminal intent?

Why should we Discuss on the Ongoing LGBT issues elsewhere where in Fact you cannot even explain your personal reason? You want people to understand you and accept you YET you cant even deliver a simple explanation on what your Personal Belief and Basis? Meaning nagsalig raka sa uban ug di ka kahibalo mu defend sa imung Belief? and you want respect?

Acceptance starts with UNDERSTANDING, how can other accept you if you cant explain why your asking for it? You cannot Just go to other People and FORCE them to ACCEPT your Belief without explaining Something or defending your ground.

This is your chance to EXPLAIN your Belief, Your reasons, Your Stand in order to Gain Respect and Acceptance. And Now you Just want to walk away because you dont have anything to Prove or explain. And you want Respect and Acceptance?
I ALREADY DID provide my personal reason.

    My take
Let them marry using human law but they should not ask too much from the church
Kanang civil if they want to payts na but not the same ritual that we do on church weddings

Refrain from communicating in English if you can't form sentences properly ok?
I know that you did not mention that.. but >>I am asking YOU<<, I posed a question on how 2 people marrying will affect you personally. Now do you see the difference? Please work on your reading comprehension skills.

Separate but equal is not Equal. What you propose (i.e. Civil Unions) would have been acceptable back in the 1990's.. Its 2013, civil unions just don't cut it.

That wall of text is simply an eyesore with nothing of value. Your ideas--like they were 6 months back, are as obsolete as ever. Its not a question of where a resource comes from-- The fact is, the laws in this country are discriminating period. The question is NOT--will the laws change within the next few years? (I sincerely doubt it) It is more of ---SHOULD the laws BE changed? to which my answer is a resounding YES.

The problem with people these days is the lack of empathy.. They can't imagine walking in another persons shoes and would rather demonize something that they themselves can't personally understand or exert no effort to understand.
