hi jack, I hope you succeed... i support you all the way... I always look forward to see theses trees when we go south.. these trees has become a landmark for cebu and its a waste to cut them down.

Thanks! forwarded na to Pnoy some emails, thanks to sec mar roxas. i wonder how the president would react if he found out too late that UNDER HIS ADMINISTRATION, rows of heritage landmark century old giant acacia trees were cut down for a useless road widening project I keep passing that stretch when i go to and come back from dumanjug and like i said the problem ther is not traffic congestion but the exact opposite - OVERSPEEDING! haha. Even in our citom board meeting, even if its not our jurisdiction, we remind Highway Patrol Group to monitor that stretch for overspeeders. Its near the center of the municipalities that are congested, not this stretch.

good luck to you jack. opinion lang sad nako nga i am for development. sayang gyud bitaw pero di man gyud kapugngan nga ato sad tan-awon ang ugma. di man sad mahimo ug 10, 20, 30 years from now mao lang gihapon ang dan kay di nato putlon ang kahoy kay usik kaayo. ikaw naa man gyud kay plano para sa kalamboan sa mactan airport... kung pananglit naa pay mga kahoy diha duol sa airport nga gipatanum imong lolo ug di dyud kapugngan nga maigo sa development, so mahimo nato nga ipareho ang justification nga di nalang ta mo expand sa airport facilities kay usik putlon ang mga kahoy?

I'm sure there are other ways we even made a tunnel pro preserve plaza idipenditia..
land marks should be preserved.. it is our link to our past.. our identity..

progress should find its way around it.
